    I bought my first investment property in Florida, and I thought it was going to be a challenge since I reside in another state, but Josh helped me what needed to be done to be accomplished. Josh always kept good communication, worked with my property management and the flooring company to get the property ready for the market as soon as possible. As well, he provided good recommendations for resolving problems and options in materials. I know he did his best to schedule the property repairs in his calendar the soonest available and whatever was not able to get done the same day he would come the next day to complete the work. Despite the challenge in me not residing in the state and the difference in time he managed to always keep me update and to consult with me any inquiries. I looks forward to contact Josh for any future repairs and I will highly recommend Josh if you're planning to get work done for your property. See more See less

    I HIGHLY recommend Top Quality Contracting, LLC. I wanted to have my front deck replaced and keep the same design. Josh and Rachel are very reasonable in their pricing, He and his crew were always very kind, did excellent work, very proficient and timely. I will Be hiring them for all my house repairs and extra work as I need. It’s hard to find genuine people to do what they say they will do and I have Found a gem in them.     Top Quality is the name, but in reality above and beyond any expectation of top quality is what you get. They are not just passionate about what they do, but extremely prideful in their work and cleanliness of the job.     Josh and his team did an AMAZING job! They didn't just come in and rush through things leaving a so-so finished product, they took their time and made things perfect! I had a lot of not so conventional ideas and Josh and his team were able to bring those to life! I couldn't be happier with the job they did. This wasn't a small job either, by any means.     After using another company and having a horrible experience and terrible work done Josh came in and fixed the mess that they left us with and also did some additional work of installing flooring and baseboards. He did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. Pricing for the job was extremely fair, he was always on time and great at communicating the progress and what was happening next.
